Requesting a Return Material Authorization Number
Call our customer service department at 1-800-655-0306 to request an RMA # (return material authorization). Please have your order number ready for reference when you call.
Pack the returned items carefully and ship the item(s) to:

Returns
Returned merchandise with RMA numbers will be accepted for exchange or credit if the merchandise is returned with 30 calendar days from the date that you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after the inspection has been completed.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
There is a 25% restocking charge for all Richards-Wilcox brand parts.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the merchandise. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
