2035.0062 Throw Control

The 2035.00620 Throw Control is designed for use with left and right hand manual frog switches. The Throw Control incorporates a pulley system mounted to the switch with brackets and connected with a cable. As the operator pulls the cable, the frog plate on the switch is diverted from one position to another. The Throw Control permits selective control of carriers being placed into spur lines. When using the frog switch as a feed-in device (such as going from a main line into a spur track,) it is necessary to use this throw arrangement. It is not necessary when used as an escapement device. The Throw Control is finished with Richards-Wilcox powder coating.
